Chicago, IL — On her blog Erica Finds, Erica recently reviewed pure maple syrup and two varieties of raw honey. In addition, she is hosting a giveaway for a glass bottle of Dark, Robust, Pure Maple Syrup, and one jar each of Raw Buckwheat Honey and Raw Orange Blossom Honey.
“This syrup is rich and delicious. You only need a little to add a big splash of taste,” said Erica, about the maple syrup she sampled. She had this to say about the honey she had the chance to try, “We tried it plain, in tea, on toast and on grapefruit. We all agreed that it is delicious and we could taste the orange blossoms. It smells amazing, too.”
